Great hotel, fun design. Staff all lovely, check in took a long time, after a long flight that was a bit of a grind. Really well stocked bar, enjoyed the cocktails. Breakfast good range, but again very slow to place order for eggs, was ignored a long time had to go and ask twice. We had time to spare but we were at breakfast for over an hour. Everything else very good.

clean hotel and great rooms, modern with a nice bathroom and powerful shower. Really friendly staff and the price includes free airport pick up (or in our case they did a drop off instead). Breakfast was ok, slightly small selection but still fresh breads, eggs and tea/coffee. Would recommend, it’s a little away from the main plaza but it’s surrounded but shops and restaurants when walking to the square so a better area than the square I think

Great property modern clean in fab location

A brilliant stay. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport & wanting to feel safe in Guayaquil given the UK FCO advice. It was perfect. I was upgraded on arrive to the sky club on the 7th floor. The room was brilliant, bed comfy, nice view, spacious, robe etc. the outdoor jacuzzi and pool were lovely for a dip before bed. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly the lovely staff member who spoke English in the restaurant. Dinner was nice as was breakfast. No...

Excellent all round including the restaurant. Also very convenient as connected to the airport. This is especially useful for late night arrivals as travelling by taxi may not be secure

Excellent staff and comfortable stay the hotel is well maintained

Brilliant service, our luggage was left in New York and the hotel kept us updated as to when our luggage was going to arrive. The rooftop bar and pool are lovely and breakfast was delicious. Cannot fault this hotel. Very pleased

Very modern property. Felt extremely safe staying here for 1 night between flights. Had a wonderful refreshing cocktail and dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of dishes. Having a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus point, as didn’t need to negotiate or worry about the journey. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

This hotel is everything I could’ve ever asked for during my stay in Cusco! It’s a super great location, awesome and friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and impeccable rooms with great character. Travelling on my own I felt so safe and got great help in arranging for airport transfers and other services during my two separate stays (I came back towards the end of my trip as I was so pleased the first time!). Totally recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Parc. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, a real variety of choice! The rooms are massive and come with a mini kitchen which we didn't really use but was helpful knowing it was there. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and balcony which was a nice touch!

Very clean. Great and very helpful staff. Huge thank you to Jose (concierge) who had to run after us after we checked out to hand over my husband's headphones, which we left behind! This is so much appreciated! Great breakfast. Very comfortable room. Lovely rooftop heated pool.

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.
