"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"Suelo quedarme en este hotel principalmente por la conveniencia de su servicio de transporte gratuito entre el aeropuerto y el hotel las 24 horas, el cual funciona muy bien y es de gran ayuda. Es un lugar ideal para un viaje rápido o una escala corta. Lo mejor de este lugar es, sin duda, su centro de spa. Me hice un servicio de piedras calientes que me ayudó muchísimo con unos dolores de espalda; el personal del spa es muy profesional. Sin embargo, hay dos aspectos importantes que deben mejorar. En primer lugar, con frecuencia me pasa que al hacer el check-in intentan asignarme una habitación de menor categoría que la que pagué, por lo que hay que estar muy atentos al recibir el cuarto. En segundo lugar, el restaurante del desayuno ha bajado notablemente su calidad; no estoy seguro si es por falta de personal o por un cambio en la atención, pero ya no se siente la misma calidad de antes. En resumen: excelente transporte y spa, pero el servicio en recepción y restaurante tiene oportunidades de mejora."

"Outstanding hotel in a small village. Very quiet and quaint. Good stopover point as there is not much to do in the town. The hotel sits on top of a great restaurant. Great food and service. Super nice waiting staff. Joaquin, Arturo and the rest are attentive and professional. Will drop by and visit the next time I am in Spain."
