Fabulous location in the heart of the shopping and dining areas of Andorra la Vella. Outstanding staff, hotel rooms, lounge area, and very quick elevators. Everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The Grand Plaza Hotel was great. Wonderful people working there, especially Julio at the front door and Ivan in the restaurants.
Our room was fantastic. My only nit is the daily housekeeping was only so-so.
Lovely hotel. Staff was very accomodating and nice. Ubfortunately there wasnt enough staff. Apparently they laid off many staff shortly before we arrived.

Great staff; very noisy location. Had to request a different room after the first night of our stay. Our request was accommodated. Enjoyed the spa facilities.
I bought a package including a suite and a spa visit. At check-in they said I had to call a number to reserve my spa time, but I called many times to reserve the spa time and a massage but could not get a reservation. Consequently I never got to use the spa package that was part of what I paid for.
Good check in, ok room, but consider the breakfast as scam. There was nothing hot at the buffet, and we were informed that we could order from a menu card, with mostly sandwich. First when i asked if they could make something else, like bacon, eggs and other stuff, it came up. I asked for sofrboiled eggs, that needed to boiled for 6 minutes. But they onky got 2-3 minutes and was raw inside. Tge becan looked liked something that had been heated under hot water and not fried. And for that they want 24 euro,and no discount for badly served food. Dont do that. Go somewhere else.
We also went to the spa. I like spa, to relax, but there was a group of 6 spanish women that was shouting for 1 hour, and had no respect for others and the staff said nothing.
And watch out for the floor. It can be slippery. The 1 hour we were there, we saw 2 felt.
The hotel is good. Very nice accommodation. Service is very good. And the staff at reception is amazing. Everything would have been perfect had one of my shirts (only had two shirts for a two day trip) that I forgot in the first room I slept in had not been stolen.
Long story short, I had to change rooms on the first night bcs A/C had a problem. While moving rooms, I forgot to repack one of my shirts and I left it hanging in the closet of the first room. I told them about it the next day, they looked for it and it was nowhere to be found.
All I got was: are you sure you left it there? (there are three places where my shirt could be: luggage, closet or on me!!!😂, it was not in the luggage nor on me). A visibly disturbed staff replied: “sorry for the inconvenience”!
It was sad and hilarious😂.
They get A for effort in trying to find it. An F for not having a response protocol when a shirt is stolen in their hotel.
