"I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 or 7 years and this year was the only visit we had issues. The pool area wasn’t clean like the normal high standards and the aircon failed while we was there. We never reported the issue as friends we was with already done this. Because we didn’t moan we never got offered a free meal like our friends and they also got £100 back for the inconvenience. I messaged the hotel and nothing was offered. "The location next to the beach was great. The pool areas were lovely and the breakfast amazing.
I had a junior suite which was nice, just some of the furniture looked a little worn. And both me and my sister I a separate room had maintenance issues we had to speak to reception about (the bath wouldn’t drain and the balcony would not lock) neither were actually resolved, The bedding was lovely though.
Breakfast and all food we had was of a high standard.
The pool not opening until 10am was too...
