"This was our first time staying here since our plan was to spend the day in Jim Thorpe. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel/maintenance, so that was evident. Our room was clean and comfortable; staff was amazing and helpful; breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The condensor in the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud when it kicked on, so we woke up a couple of times. The only reason why I couldn't give it a "5" rating was because of the toilet paper (seriously). Scott 1-ply tissue just doesn't cut it, especially for a Comfort Inn. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay!"

"This property was new, very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just ok. There were plenty of choices but the staff seemed to be having trouble keeping the food fresh and available. To be fair, breakfast area was very busy and there were only two waffle machines and only two choices for cereal. Most of the breads left were dried out hard. Eggs were lukewarm and hash browns were cool."
