"A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too."

So we got there at 10 o’clock at night, they had no reservation for us, no space for us to stay because they were full, so there was a massive miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel.
