"Perfect"

"The staff greeted us as we walked in and gave us bottles of water! This was very kind as it was a hot day in AZ. The staff checked on us throughout our stay and were kind. The breakfast was pretty good and filling with lots of choices. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay."

"The overall stay was great and we LOVED the beds and pillows. The pool was decent and the staff was very friendly. Our son forgot his toiletry bag and they even had a full stock of essentials he could use. The only downfall was the use of the metal door latches by one of the cleaning staff. For several hours, we had to listen to her bang the door open and shut at least 50 times. Other than that, out stay was pleasant! "

"This place was horrible. The staff lied said that things were available, and when you arrive, they were not the amenities were not available as say the main reasons of why we came to this specific property things are broken. It looks like for years, never been thought of to be fixed"

"The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

"So it's obvious Expedia doesn't like the truth about the rooms they rent which is sad cuz the phone number is off of your website it's not personal it's just business someone needs to figure out why no one ever contacted me from Lotus or Sleek stay whatever you may want to call it since I never stayed because nobody contacted me I have no idea what the room was like solved the problem credit my account I'm not asking for much"

"Everything was great. Wish they had a hot tub though. The only thing is that I got charged $20 (for incidentals), but didn’t tell me until I asked what it was for. And I wish they had breakfast potatoes. "
