"Had a fantastic overnight stay, when we arrived our room that we booked wasn’t ready however we were upgraded to a Hotel suite with the only difference being we wouldn’t have a kitchenette. Check in process was easy, you have to pay £13.95 for parking at the hotel however we parked round the back where you only get 45mins however as it was a Saturday afternoon was able to park there overnight. "Hotel is spotless, rooms are modern and have everything you need for your stay.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were delicious.
Hotel has chargeable onsite parking for 24hrs, but I needed a bit longer and they helped me out without question.

"We didn’t really eat there but they were kind enough to fill our water bottles with ice each morning and night. Internet was fine. Loved having the train station, bus stop and restaurants steps from the front door - perfect location for us. We used the Lounge every night after our walk back from dinner. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
"Very well maintained property . The leisure facilities were nice and children enjoyed the pool services. It’s not free you have to pay to use.

"Great value for money accomodation. Location was amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you are looking out at the square. Very clean . Very comfortable twin beds and lovely shower. Looking around the hostel, it seemed what a hostel should be with different nationalities mingling in the kitchen and TV room. Easy checking in. Loved the place. Would recommend to anyone"
