"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."

"Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience."
