"The price around the graduation day was way higher than regular price. It was like 300 for a two-queen bed room.
Besides, the prices went down a lot when it got closer to the graduation date, which was hurtful also.
The vending machines are old and only accept 1$ bill, which is not very helpful.
But the room was nice and close to some business (great if it’s regular price)"
"Tiniest hotel bathrooms for the price. Usually run out of towels in the gym and don't replace them. Location is convenient and front desk staff are friendly and try to be helpful."
"After 11 hours driving from NY, we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and were told to wait until 4 pm for check in. We accepted this policy and waited in the lobby, clearly informing employees at the front desk that we needed to prepare for our son’s graduation at the university by 5:15 pm. Despite this, another guest arrived around 3:50 pm, appeared to be known to them, were immediately checked in while we were still waiting and made clear to them that we would wait in the lobby and wished to me the first to check in at 4 pm. Only after we approached the front desk again, we were finally allowed to check in. This was unfair, disrespectful, unprofessional , and extremely frustrating. To
make matters worse, the toilet in our room malfunctioned and required maintenance twice during our 3 day stay. This experience showed a clear lack of fairness, professionalism, and basic customer service standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. Thank you "
Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Ann Arbor - U of Michigan North
2/10 Terrible
"The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet.
We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in.
We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property.
We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"
