"The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant, coffee shop and breakfast room mentioned in the right up were all part of the motorway services. Costa was good for breakfast. The breakfast room food was cold and awful especially trying to eat it with a wooden knife and fork."
