"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "I love this place! The rooms are outdated and need modernising but they are clean and good enough for the price. The area is the star, a beautiful part of the world with the Mighty Rhine the star of the show. Also the pool and sauna are lovely. The breakfast is incredible and the breakfast staff are lovely people who care about their visitors. We will stay here again. "
