Modern hotel with A/C (at top of our priority list in middle of summer!), reliable facilities, and friendly staff. The spa was lovely, the gym had up-to-date equipment, and the breakfast was amazing. The dinner buffet wasn't always available, but the rooftop restaurant had excellent food.

Family of 4 with 2 kids, stayed for 4 nights. Rooms a good in size. Hotel is comfortably located with easy availability to taxi. Within 30 mins of most of the city attractions. Hotel has a tie-up/ own shack at the beach which is about 40mins drive. Service is ok. Breakfast spread is just average.

This Place is a standard 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star hotel as advertised. The room is generally comfortable but some facilities are too old, for example, the switches are making frequent noise.

The hotel itself looks lovely, lovely spa and friendly staff, BUT it’s so noisy, it’s impossible to sleep (room 2133), in addition nothing seemed to work (phone didn’t ring reception, hair dryer broken, light switch broken, ac broken), but really the noise is the issue, it’s impossible to sleep
