"Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. "This property is not ready for prime time! There were no amenities at all. No tissue, no paper towels , no utensils, nothing. Room 159 is in the adjacent building and I’m pretty sure that the building is in violation of numerous fire codes. Only one exit door at one end of the hall worked. The other doors were all locked. Should a fire break out the only exit would be to break a window to get out of the room. We checked out a day early due to these concerns without any refund."
