"It is a lovely hotel. Check-in wasn’t as straightforward as one would have hoped, and the self-service pod didn’t work correctly, meaning we had to visit reception. Initially, it felt like an inconvenience, but the receptionist quickly discovered there was a problem with the system. If you’re going to rely on technology, it needs to work properly, and guests shouldn’t automatically be made to feel that the issue is their fault. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. I wasn’t overly impressed with the steak, which was significantly overcooked and rather heavily seasoned for my taste. That said, the hotel itself is attractive, comfortable, and staffed by people who were helpful when issues arose. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay."

"A fantastic hotel with an exceptional level of service. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—everything worked perfectly. I especially want to highlight the staff—very polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was quick and seamless. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to fully relax. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-notch service. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. I will definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other guests."

"Staff super friendly at reception and breakfast. Room really great quality. I found TV remote challenging to use but I'm getting old I guess. Irish breakfast was brilliant especially the button mushrooms very tasty. Hotel has electric car charging stations but rate from the company a bit high. Hotel is out of Antrim town a bit you would need to drive in or get a taxi in the evening, if you wanted to go to the town. Restaurant and hotel bar had loads of people I would summise must be great quality to have people in large numbers there. Friendly staff and clean excellent decor the highlights for me."
