Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Küche sollte etwas besser den „basics“ ausgestattet sein (Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Filterpapier), ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prima appartement (suite Oskar) en prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding is ok. Het is prettig om meer ruimte te hebben ten opzichte van een hotelkamer en alle basisdingen zijn aanwezig. In keukengedeelte zou een handdoek fijn zijn (slechts theedoek aanwezig). Minpunten: er is geen lift en de trap is ook smal. Je kan de gasten boven horen lopen want de vloer kraakt.

階段で4階（日本の5階）はちょっとキツかったけど、屋根裏部屋に実際住んでるような、広々したお部屋は最高！キッチンも食器も完備。中心地からも近く、しばらく暮らしたいくらい。但し、バストイレのドアが西部劇みたいなスィングドアだけ。全て筒抜け。更にシャワーのホルダーが折れてて、フック出来ない。それより、無料駐車場付き、と記載あるのに、駐車場無し！近隣の有料を教えてくれただけ。朝食も有り、となってたのに、無い。エクスペディアのせいか、ホテルのせいか、はっきりさせて欲しい。駐車料返してください。

Pretty central however if you end up on the last floor be ready as since it is located in a old house, small and not large stairs and there are quite a few. We ended up with no electricity in the bathroom and most of the electrical plugs were not working Since it is an apparthotel you are missing the contact with a frontdesk

4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl

Zum Checkin muss man sich im Imbiss nebenan melden. Es führt eine schmale Treppe mit sehr kleinen Stufen nach oben (nicht machbar mit einem normal großen Koffer). Der 4. Stock ist mit Gepäck kaum zumutbar. Zimmer ist nett, aber stickig (keine Klimaanlage). Toilette und Dusche direkt neben dem Bett und nur durch eine Art Saloon-Tür getrennt, nicht jedermanns Sache.

Not what we expected.

Comfy beds and nice showers & bath tub. 2 baths but just one toilet and it's inside one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom is sink and shower only and is in the hallway. No TVs, frigde, or microwave. No elevator and inconvenient parking, room was a block away from check in. Not recommended for taking children. But the beds were top of the line. Restaurant was delicious and friendly.

Hotelzimmer als Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung des Aparthotel Van Hecke konnten wir mit sieben Personen in einem ordentlichen Zustand vorfinden, recht neu und modern vom Design, aber minimalistisch von der Inneneinrichtung. Es fehlt an Schränken, Stühlen und Ablageflächen. Außerdem gibt es zwar zwei Bäder, aber nur eine Toilette. Zudem hat uns gestört, dass ein Zimmer über kein Fenster verfügt und man durch einen Raum durchgehen muss, um ins Bad mit Toilette zu gelangen. Die Größe der gesamten Wohnung ist auch sehr überschaubar, es wurden maximal viele Zimmer auf kleinster Fläche verbaut. Lediglich die wirklich zentrale und ruhihge Lage in einer Seitenstraße der Nationalestraat würden mich wieder zu einer Buchung veranlassen. Außerdem muss man beachten, dass die City-Tax Antwerpens lediglich 2,39 EUR pro Person pro Nacht beträgt, der Vermieter aber 3,- EUR berechnet und dies mit einer Administrationsumlage begründet. Gerade bei größeren Gruppen können diese Cent-Beträge ärgerlich sein. Man sollte zudem über ausreichend Bargeld bei der Schlüsselübergabe verfügen, da von unserer Gruppe ein Deposit von 250,- EUR in bar verlang wurde.

voyage en amoureux à la découverte d'Anvers , accueil correct , emplacement très bon pour visiter la ville . Appartement qui peut avoir du charme , sous les combles!!!! mais le lit principal n 'est pas séparé du reste de l 'appartement , pas de séparation entre toilette/salle de bain et le reste de l 'appartement (juste une porte dite saloon !!! bonjour les bruits et les odeurs!!)éclairage faible et mal situé dans la salle de bain (donc impossible de se préparer pour mon épouse dans la salle de bain!! pas de chauffage quand nous y sommes allés!! propreté des coussins , canapé,couvertures médiocre et laissant à désirer!! et pour finir de gros problème d'eau chaude durant le séjour!!! dur dur à l 'eau froide!!
