Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Not recommended place

The place itself was acceptable, the problem was that when we arrived the room was not ready the owner said that he needed 5 minutes to make the bed. When we looked into the bathroom it was dirty and welet him know and asked for another alternative as we needed to use it after a long trip, we had to wait. More than cleaning he spill some water and dried everything with a towel he left on the floor. We had to keep asking for basic necessities as soap, towels, toilet paper. The owner tried to charged more for everything, air conditioning, breakfast amongst others when everything was included.
