"Literally the only positive is location.
I am not a snob when it comes to hotels. As long as I have a place to sleep, fresh sheets, and fresh towels, I am happy.
I have never stayed at a hotel with such little to offer guests in terms of service. We stayed three nights…not once was our room cleaned, our sheets were not changed or even beds made, fresh towels were only available upon request.
After day one when our room was not serviced, I asked the front desk if they could send someone up and...

"Michelle at the bar Saturday night was the best!
Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were hard to use as there were so many hockey kids there, with little supervison making it really hard to enjoy the hot tub (one of the reasons I Booked this hotel)
The kids were screaming and swearing, blocking the hallways - making slightly uncomfortable to walk down the hallway.
Other then that the hotel was amazing!"
