"First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. No shampoo, but a used tube of tooth paste. No extra towel paper, again no towels for whirlpool. No coffee pot. They advertise great breakfast 12 cup coffeemaker in lobby with just...

"I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

"Room was very clean, staff was amazing, only reason I could not give a 5 star review was due to room location. Directly across from front deck and close to front door, this causes a lot of noise just outside our room. Food in the resteraunt was very good as well. "

"This place is Disgusting and run down my room was gross and not clean what so ever I question if the sheets were even changed. I checked in at 9pm and left at 3 am I couldn’t sleep I was so grossed out I had to get out of there of course there was no reception around at 3 am to voice my complaints so back on the road I went all tired. "The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. "This was our second and probably last stay here. When there is a wedding with a loud Dj, loud music and loud guests, regular visitors that are not guests of the wedding, should not be roomed above the reception room. Not only did we have that noise until 11pm, we were the room right next to the door to the parking ramp. The constant coming and going through this door was excessive and excessively loud. If that wasn't enough, we had the noise of vehicles that sounded like they were hot rodding...
