Hotel murah di Appomattox

"For reference, I’m a Hilton Gold Member and my opinion of this independent hotel (closest to the Appomattox Surrender Grounds National Park) is that it’s very much on par with a Hampton Inn as far as rooms, decor, amenities and pricing. (But not the cookies) This is my fourth stay here at this hotel and I promise you will not be disappointed."

"Very friendly staff and clean facility. Just gave a 4 for clean because there was a lot of dust in the bathroom near the towel area and other surfaces. It seemed like room was in in use recently and staff forgot the dust the room."

"The room (mostly the bathroom) was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower upon our arrival. The rest of the room seemed ok except for the spider webs in the corners of the windows. The front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff were great. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast spread was pretty good and they constantly had water available in the lobby. The property was well maintained and the pool chairs and area were kept in great shape."

The only issue I had was not being told on the phone that they needed $100 security deposit I was not informed until we checked in so that needs to be told or somehow put on the stuff you have on Facebook so people know ahead of time that they need that $100 there's people out there like me that didn't have it so I had to wait to get mine back after I paid it but yes that...

"Great Stay"

"When I arrived to check-in, there was no one at the desk. I tried calling all the numbers posted but the phone did not work. I called the main office number and they suggested I call the main desk. I told her that wouldn't help because no one was there to answer. There was also a buzzer there but no one acknowledged my multiple tries. After 20 minutes of waiting, a young lady came out from the back and after I told her I had been waiting, she got all nasty and argumentative with me. The kitchen...

"The receptionist was nice and helpful, staff was friendly, breakfast was great and the parking was easy. 👍"

"We have been staying here for the last few years. This was our first time in the 'original' side of the hotel. Two issues this time. Not one time did we get housekeeping to change towels. We were there 4 nights. Tried calling but no answer. Also, I do hope the beds are updated by our next visit. Way too soft or worn out. My husband and I both had back aches at the end of our stay. Everything else was good."

"We were in town for a track meet. The hotel is cute and close to liberty university. We booked a business suite for more space. The rooms are large and have a washer and dryer in the room. Free breakfast is standard, well prepared and just what we needed to start our day. Nice hotel for a good price. The business suite has a 2 burner kitchen and full sized fridge and dishwasher as well. Worth the price."
