A estadia foi ótima. O café da manhã estava muito bom, o hotel é limpo, a equipe é extremamente receptiva e a localização facilita demais. O hotel fica ao lado de um mercado e de um pequeno shopping, o que é muito conveniente. A localização é realmente excelente. A TV é smart, a cama não é tão grande, mas o conforto é satisfatório. No geral, uma excelente experiência.

O hotel me surpreendeu bastante, uma recepção bonita com vários itens a disposição para compra, o quarto achei um pouco pequeno porém bem limpo e organizado. A área da piscina é bem relaxante apesar da água não ser aquecida limitando um pouco o horário de uso dependendo do clima do dia. A academia precisa de investimento com novos aparelhos e manutenção nos que já estão por lá, a bicicleta estava com defeito impossibilitando o uso. Já o café da manhã é ótimo, com alimentos bem saboroso e uma vasta variedade. Tanto se tratando dos sólidos quanto dos líquidos. Gostei bastante. No geral o custo benefício foi bem interessante e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar por lá.

O hotel está muito bem lozalizado, ao lado do Shopping (que é uma galeria) e de um grande supermercado. O quarto é bom, banheiro bastante pequeno, cama confortável, o problema foi o ar condicionado que fez barulhos estranhos a noite toda, atrapalhando muito o sono!

Problemas na manutenção

O hotel necessita melhorar na manutenção das instalações. O aparelho de ar do meu quarto (256) estava sem o direcionador de ar; A tampa do vaso sanitário foi substituída por uma de baixíssima qualidade; A porta do quarto com forracao deslocada; Aparelhos de ar com gotejamento fazendo barulho à noite inteira

O hotel tem estrutura, estacionamento e quartos no padrão Íbis, acredito até que era Íbis e foi comprado. Ponto de melhora é a organização do café da manhã aos finais de semana. É praticamente impossível comer ou beber por falta de reposição e organização, dependendo do horário não dá nem pra sentar. Não acho que seja problema dos funcionários que estão sempre que possível repondo, acredito que seja falta de organização e planejamento da gestão para atender com qualidade a quantidade de pessoas hospedadas aos finais de semana. Tinha fila para servir um copo de café pq a máquina de espresso estava desligada e só tinha uma garrafa pequena para todo o salão. Se for ficar lá é melhor se planejar para tomar café fora se não quiser se estressar logo cedo.
