"This is a clean , safe hotel with a friendly staff! The indoor pool is great, too!"

Live and dead cockroaches were on countertops and moving about the room. Also could not reach anyone at the front desk via phone - contacted Expedia who also could not reach a front desk attendant. "The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were: I couldn't check in until 6, they have cleaning staffing issues, they finally changed my assessable room with a king bed for a double queen bed on the 4th floor. I tried reaching out to Hilton and they said they would compensate me for the trouble but they didn't. The pool was out of service for one day, they did open it but the water was green and I didn't feel safe getting into the water without getting some...

"I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

"Excellent staff. Beds were comfy. New paint. Nice big TV big fridge, microwave! A little musty smell but disappeared with ac use. Great value. Left bracelet in room. Was returned before we left property"

"Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing."

"The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot."
