Para uma noite, apenas...

Por mais que seja de baixo custo (em tese), o quarto é bem pequeno, e o restaurante quase não tinha opções. Para ficar uma noite a trabalho, ok, mas para mais dias e para lazer, seria complicado.

Ausência de treinamento e pouco confortável

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi ruim. O atendente da recepção não era treinado para a função. Já tinha realizado o checkin on line e ainda assim perdemos muito tempo nesse momento. Ele nos informou que teria que realizar o pagamento, quando mostrei a reserva já paga, tendo que procurar outra atendente para orientá-lo. Ele nos entregou uma acomodação que estava sem arrumação (não próprio para uso) e quando nos forneceu outro quarto a chave não abria, tendo que ir até o local para abrir. Informou que nossa chave estaria funcionando na volta. Dispendemos 40 minutos nessa operação, o que ocasionou atraso no nosso compromisso. No novo quarto a toalha estava suja, o box também não estava tão limpo. Nós deixamos o hotel e quando retornamos após 00h00 havia acabado a energia (somente no hotel) e solicitei que alterassem nosso quarto novamente, pois estava com problemas no joelho e não conseguiria subir de escadas até o terceiro andar, o que foi prontamente atendido, a atendente me acompanhou, sendo muito solícita. No novo quarto havia água no chão, provavelmente proveniente do frigobar. O travesseiro era desconfortável. Foi a segunda experiência ruim com o Ibis Budget, que escolhi por conhecer a rede, mas não me hospedaria novamente, mesmo tendo o preço atrativo, não acho que compensa a ausência de conforto e bom atendimento.
