"Shame there is no restaurant anymore. Good selection for breakfast, all nicely laid out but the hot food - scrambled egg, bacon, sausage had been on display for a long time and was cold. Parking very expensive."

"Very well located in the Altstadt, no more than a few minutes’ walk from the ferry quay and the railway station. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good."

"No direct lake view from the room but only a short walk to the waters edge and harbour. Easy parking and friendly staff."

"The hotel is fantastic for its design, the room and the view. I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

"Checking is done via a computer console. Although it worked for us, there is no one to help if you have a problem. There is no one to ask about anything. The WiFi did not work for the evening of our stay. When it did come on, it is an unsecured network. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom did not look clean, probably because of the surface choices they made."
