Then when we left this morning, there was a 5 dollar parking fee in Anderson IN???? That is the most obscure thing I have ever dealt with. "There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. "The parking lot entrance has massive craters in it, so I'm really happy I didn't drive a lowered car. After parking, the stench of marijuana permeated the air. Disgusting. The lobby had a kiosk with a call center guy checking people in. That was likely more safe for him than working the lobby. "I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours.
