Pleasant stay
It was a pleasant stay but most of the light bulbs were missing in the room. Also, there was an issue with the AC remote. The beds could have used better mattresses and the wifi didn't work in the room. You had to be outside to be connected. The food was good and the view and surrounding sites were simply spectacular. The area was very quiet and secluded from the city center. I would book with them again.
The staff are welcoming, efficient, friendly, and always ready to take care of you. They connect with their customers and personalize your stay experience. I feel like family when I am here!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely beautiful with beach and ocean views, as well as mountain vistas. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the property is beautifully landscaped. It is worth paying a bit more for the suite.

I would not stay there in the future picture look perfect it nothing like it for the price i would not recommended.
The rooms were great - wonderful ocean views. The food and service was excellent - very personable staff. The grounds were immaculate and beautifully landscaped. I will be back, for sure!

The resort was not what i initially expected. It was not clean
the A/C was not working . I woke up in the middle of the night to Bed bug Bites also found two bed Bugs on my bed. Was switched to another room with No A/C again and the toilet did not flush at all the view to the ocean was the only thing i enjoyed .

We thank you for your review while we apologize for any inconvenience caused and the fact that we did not satisfy your expectations. We would like to emphasize though that our crew confirmed that the A/C was working normally in room 03 when the previous guest checked out and when that same room was cleaned, disinfected and prepared for you. Since we could never 100% control sudden technological malfunction we are always ready to accommodate our clients into another room when this happens.
As far as the bed bugs, as soon as you mentioned their possible presence, the administration, fully aware of the danger that such bugs would represent for the whole hotel, immediately detached staff members to verify the fact and further more rapidly called the pest control experts on the matter to confirm the issue. Upon their arrival the very next day they carefully and thoroughly inspected the whole room (mattresses, boxes, sheets, covers, bedspreads, bed heads, furniture and floors) without finding any trace of bed bugs. We even asked them to proceed to the other room you were transferred to (room 07) and obtained the same negative result. We thank God that this was just an alert.
May this note clears out the doubts that you had about our resort and washes away the bitter taste you carried while enjoying the peaceful ocean view and the magnificent sunset from your room’s patio.
We appreciate your concern which gives us one more reason to always be careful and remain professional for the satisfaction of all our guests
If you’re looking for a peacefully vacation with your spouse and children this is an excellent place to stay... Staff is very nice and professional. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. Can’t wait to come back again.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The resort is not too big but it has all the thing you need for a getaway. Pool, beach, bar and playground if you have children. Our AC stopped working at some point on my last day so that could have been better.

For the A/C interruption, although we apologize for the inconvenience, we wish you had mentionned it at the front desk since it might have been a simple power supply issue which could have been solved in minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay I just wish they had some kind of entertainment at nights maybe some musics around the pool area or maybe the bar.... the staff were very nice and the food was good ... I wish they would have the items listed on the menu next time .... overall I would definitely go back

It was Ok. Menu was very limited. I had a leaky ceiling in the shower room #10. Receptionist was not too knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great place to relax by the beach. Very quiet on weekdays; a little more crowded on weekends (understandably). Food is not the best you will ever have but it is edible; wait times can be long however. The staff is very accomodating. Do not forget to try the "Frozen Wahoo".

Beautiful place. Food was very expensive and small amounts, but the complimentary breakfast was very good. This was during the COVID 19 shut down so not a lot of people there.

The bath room was not clean. The TV channels had poor signal. The food was to expensive and not good.
I love that resort a lot however the cleaning this time was not up to part. Plus the Ac is very noisy normally I stay in one of the ocean villa never in the front building. I think a little bit more cleaning would make such a great difference. Thanks
The service is very bad.The room was too cold and there was no way to turn off the ac.the staff didnt care when I asked them to come to to turn it off. And also the breakfast wasnt good. Bad experience.

We are sorry that our resort did not meet your expectations and satisfation.
Something must have definitely gone wrong about the A/C, since all our rooms have remote controls. Besides it is included in our procedures that you do request to talk to the Manager when the staff do not fulfill your needs.
As far as breakfast, we know that we did not have our regular buffet with fruits and omelets and pancake and our special haitian dish, but you could have ordered all this à la carte since breakfast is included in the price you paid.
We are looking forward to making it up to you on your next visit and please accept our sincere apologies.
I love this property everything was so beautiful my home land is one of the most beautiful places ever the people are awesome the owners are so kool down to earth people it’s my 2nd time and definitely not the last I’m very satisfied.
