"There is no sound proofing so we were kept up all night by the next door TV, music and people walking up and down the corridor. All the lights remained on in the corridor which meant our room was very bright all night as the light came in around the door frame. The main bed was acceptable for comfort however the single bed was very uncomfortable with springs felt through the bedding."

"The room smelled.
There was no untensils or Tea bags.
It was so noisy from other rooms,didn't get much sleep.
You could smell poeple smoking in the building.
The sheets were all marked with black marks."
