"The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room felt a little dated but was spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and nearby businesses. Overall, we would stay here again."

"El Pueblo is very thoughtfully planned and cheerfully executed. The staff, from the front desk, to the maintenance staff, to the breakfast staff, were uniformly courteous and helpful. The grounds were very clean, well-organized, and tastefully decorated with holiday lights. The presence of a generous courtyard with lawn games and barbecue grills encourages us to return in warmer months with a broader group of family for a longer stay. Our room was well-furnished. "Our stay at Mountain View lodge was amazing!! The room was clean, so cute and comfortable!! The shower had the best hot water and water pressure! Could have stayed in there for hours! It was quiet and peaceful. The communication was very detailed and we had zero problems! Would absolutely stay there again!!"
