"Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :) "

"The pool was nice. But they were painting the floor by the pool so the smell prevented me from going to the pool Shower by the pool were not very nice Staff was not amways very responsive - had to ask several times for a towel and bathrobe Breakfast was great! Overall it’s a nice hotel Location is close to airport in a zone where there is nothing else. So takes min 30-40 min to get to town"

"We wanted a quick overnight stay near Coimbatore Airport before heading out to Ooty/Coonoor and this place was amazing. Staff was very courteous and the rooms were super clean and Spacious. The best part was there breakfast buffet. They had so many things and it all tasted delicious ome"
