"Beautiful hotel; the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the rooms were top class and the breakfast superb. We will definitely be back - absolutely no reason to waste time looking for alternatives and risking anything substandard when this hotel delivers on all fronts."

"Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"The property was well appointed and perfectly located by the water with a private beach. The hotel served breakfast and lunch on a wonderful patio overlooking the sea and hills. The staff were welcoming and so accommodating. I plan on returning in the future and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful part of the Ligurian Coast"

"Excellent gem tucked away up in the mountains. Be cautioned, it’s a bit of a narrow road that leads to the property. Amazing front desk staff, as well as a gentleman named Pana who helped us with our luggage. Beautiful views everywhere, room was spacious, modern and well appointed. Did not try the restaurant for dinner, breakfast was good. Pool staff was not super friendly and the menu options could be expanded a bit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!"

"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. "This was our second stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it last year and were happy to return. The only star it loses is for the air conditioning which was a bit wonky this year. Other than that we love this place."
