Tiene mucho que mejorar

Estuvimos dos noches en la residencia, lo que mĆ”s me llamĆ³ la atenciĆ³n es que no habĆ­a ningĆŗn trabajador, la recepciĆ³n y el bar de la sala de estar estaba abandonado, tenĆ­as que ir a otro hotel que estava cerca para el check in y para posibles dudas. Estuvimos en la habitaciĆ³n 1, era como ir a un sĆ³tano donde apenas llegaba el wifi. Lo mejor del hotel es el precio y las vistas al rĆ­o, lo peor, pasamos frĆ­o porque la calefacciĆ³n iba a horas sueltas, no recibimos servicio de habitaciones como nos constaba en hoteles.com y las dos noches que estuvimos habĆ­a basura de comida por las mesas de la sala de estar y Las papeleras a punto de petar y nadie lo limpiava.. Para mĆ­ parecer muy abandonado por ser temporada alta en Andorra...

Pas d'informations quant Ć  l'accĆØs lors de l'arrivĆ©e pour retirer carte et clefs. Aucun nettoyage general de la chambre en 3 jours. Vraiment 2 entitĆ©s distincts : l'hĆ“tel Sant Gothard magnifique et la rĆ©sidence qui laisse un peu Ć  dĆ©sirer. Pas de Wi-Fi Ć  disposition, Ć©tonnant de nos jours.

Para repetir

Fuimos con nuestra hija de 15 meses y todo perfecto, la habitaciĆ³n muy espaciosa y limpieza correcta. Cenamos unos bocadillos, un poco justitos..... El desayuno perfecto, en variedad y todo bueno. Nos alojamos en el mismo edificio que el Sant Gotard y la residencia Daina ni la vimos, o es el mismo edificio o te dan habitaciĆ³n del hotel si tienen disponibles. Repetiremos.

Me encanto la estancia alli nos alojaron en el hotel st.gothar porque avia sitio y en la residencia estaba llena por grupos grandes....el servicio muy amable y las instalaciones espectaculares. Si vuelvo a andorra no dudare dnd hospedarme.

No es residencia daina

Gracias a ver comentarios de este hotel supimos que hacer al llegar sin ver ningun cartel de donde dirigirnos porque la residencia dania estaba cerrada. Hay que ir a um hotel a preguntar 100m mas abajo. Alli nos atendieron, y la estancia, esta a 20 min del centro, pero nevĆ³ y se hizo mas llevadero. Servicio al cliente, bueno.
