"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"Fantastic experience, especially considering the price point. One of the most interesting hotels I've ever stayed at. Food at the resturant also high quality. Thank god places like this have been preserved."

"Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5 "
