"We were out all day & came back to a room that had not been made up or restocked. We had to go to the bar lobby while housekeeping came. I thought a voucher for the bar would have been in order…nope. Front desk was just repeated they would notify the housekeeping manager. The actual housekeeping staff was wonderful, we were not on the manager’s list. One housekeeper was upstairs at about 5:00 trying to get several rooms completed as quickly as she could"

"The room was spacious and clean. Staff remained professional throughout our stay. The airport shuttle was a blessing, especially since it included a metro drop and pickup. Will definitely stay here for future DC visits."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr Arlington. The location was great for what we needed and easily walkable to restaurants and other nearby spots. The apartment was generally quiet and comfortable, although there is construction next door, and the guest bedroom seemed to hear much more outside noise than the other rooms. The apartment itself could definitely use some updating. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and the flooring had noticeable gaps throughout. There also weren’t enough towels provided for everyone staying in the apartment. The living room setup could be improved as well. There was no coffee table or end tables, making it difficult to comfortably hang out in the space, and there was really only seating for two people to watch TV. The metal blinds also need to be replaced—they didn’t close completely, which left us feeling like there wasn’t enough privacy. Overall, the location was a big plus and we enjoyed our stay, but some updates and attention to the smaller details would make the property much more comfortable."
