"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they could communicate in English, which was a big advantage in Armenia, where it's often difficult to find people who speak English. They also accommodated our early check-in request, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The location was another highlight. Yerevan's main attractions...

"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."

"Right in the heart of Yerevan.Very close to everything.Nice restaurants and cafes around. Clean, cozy and very spacious apartment. Has all the kitchen utilities. The staff is very helpful.Stayed with 2 toddlers and didn’t have any difficulties. The only down part is the entrance of the building is a bit tricky. Had troubles finding it at first. Would definitely stay here again."
