"I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Coffee / tea making facilities were provided. The hotel Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you"

"I cannot rave enough about this place, the staff and the experience. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is nestled in a gorgeous quiet area and the staff are so warm and helpful. My kids really loved breakfast and I completely agree! We explored the area and everything near lake bled is just 10-12 minute drive away. The dinner wasn’t particularly great for us and was quite pricey but overall recommend this place 10/10."

"Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. I was in a room overlooking the lake which was really nice however not sure you can see the lake in some rooms due to high trees outside. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and the pool was fabulous"
