Check in was a terrible experience, the sign on the door said they would be back in ten minutes but turned out someone was there so waited for no reason. "I booked the property before midnight without warning about the check-in requirement. The contact I was given was not contactable. I tried to call and text the property from the night till the following week with no answer. I could not get refund due to the proper not responding any contact. So I ended up paying for the room but had to drive hundred km to get home in late night. So frustrated."

"Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available.
