"Nice property. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is courteous and attentive. They have a lot of property space for leisure and planned activities if staying multiple days. The on-site restaurant is good; the breakfast spread was great as well. The only issue for me was the restaurant does not open early enough for dinner at 7:30 pm."

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. "As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. "

"Room was good as per price. And As we only come in room for sleeping at night so nothing problem for us. It was budget friendly hotel. But there are some problems like during at night some noise comes from upper room or kitchen it was annoying. When i asked them for that sound then they said it was of kitchen sound and it will stop in some time. Another thing is sometimes no hot water for bathing. "We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). "
