"We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor"

"Room was good as per price. And As we only come in room for sleeping at night so nothing problem for us. It was budget friendly hotel. But there are some problems like during at night some noise comes from upper room or kitchen it was annoying. When i asked them for that sound then they said it was of kitchen sound and it will stop in some time. Another thing is sometimes no hot water for bathing.
