"Overall, the stay here was fine, however I personally would not stay here again, as I had an off putting experience before I could even check in that rubbed me the wrong way. Outside of that- a hotel, is a hotel, is a hotel.
I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting to see Broadway like I was; as it’s literally a walk around the corner. There’s a cool dispensary across the street if you’re into that and it’s located a few blocks away from Times Square. There’s many food options within walking...

"I had a not so well check in with one of the staff. He provided me twice with the wrong room and caught an attitude and have the audacity to tell me he gave me an upgrade. However, staff William came to the rescue and provided me with the BEST service. He gave me the exact room i paid for, and even provided me with a later checkout and a complimentary drink. If only there were more staff like him."
