Someone was “supposed to have given me a call” which never happened. Also a very sketchy part of town- it was actually a good thing we ended up having to stay somewhere else. The manager on duty was obviously very stressed but was kind, apologetic, and even offered to help us find a hotel close by. Don’t waste your time or money- book somewhere else."
