A lovely cottage with everything we needed.

We stayed at Hogwarts for a one night stay while visiting friends in Kent. We chose it because it was well within our budget and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the basic caravan and to be honest we weren't expecting much but we were so impressed. It was exactly what we wanted for the night. A lovely little tucked away property that was very close to the beach and pier and restaurants and pubs and high street. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.

Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough.

We felt so lucky to stay at this newly listed property. It was beautifully presented and so refreshing not to be filled with Ikea furnishings: instead everything had an air of individuality & hand chosen to please. What a treat and so so pleasant was having those gorgeously laundered towels stacked & ironed like a five star hotel ***** . We had an amazing 4 days at the property. The owner was fantastic providing us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter amongst other things. The property was lovely and cozy and would highly recommend. The high street was a short walk with some great dining options ☺️

Well appointed and clean house. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Lovely beach a short walk away. Indian restaurant in Camber is great.

It is a very quaint cottage with wrap round garden which was perfect for dogs, Caretaker was very friendly. Would happily stay again. .

Brilliant stay in a fantastic cottage. Very kind and communicative owners, who were very generous in their welcome gesture towards me. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. I would love to come back in future to have the same experience again. Thanks for everything.

A lovely stay in a lovely property within walking distance of Rye town centre

Beautiful cottage in an amazing setting - ideal for people who don’t want to use their cars once there! Communication with Skykes Cottages was very process heavy tho - we received so many useless emails before the booking, then during the trip there was so many different people to talk to for every problem. They took time to help. They don’t reply to WhatsApp for Hours tho they say to contact you there. Some improvements needed there to make it seamless please 🙏

Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!

Very helpful owners with parking

The accommodation was excellent and we had the best stay. The only problem was on checking in the the campsite as our info didn't match the caravan. We booked through the Tesco club card scheme, which on payment we couldn't use. So we paid in full. After payment we were contacted by Sykes holidays as the money went to them?? On arrival the campsite didn't recognise the info and said that we might have been scammed which was very worrying and confusing. We called the emergency number on the...

The cottage was perfect for our needs, near friends who live in Norman’s Bay. It was immaculately clean and well equipped, full of character and lovely sea views from the bedroom.
