"The hotel is well located in the old part of town and is close to everything you need - restaurants, stores, the waterfront. The staff were helpful and attentive and even managed to ship a forgotten item to my desired address within a reasonable time. The room was a little small but very modern and well appointed. The cleanliness was impeccable and the views were pretty great too. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nafplio for any length of stay!"

"Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer service from the ferry port. "

"Television needs to be updated, bathroom door makes a noise when you open and close it, rooms need to provide body lotion, loud kitchen noises and the entrance door lets in a lot of light at night "

"Reception was prompt and very helpful. I think something is wrong with hotels/expedia because this is the second place in a row that said I hadn’t ordered breakfast. And the hotel today says I didn’t order a double room. Three times in a row with things I specifically ordered suggests a problem with the app/website, not the hotels. "
