"This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Pittsburgh. Amenities are fantastic- great restaurant and super fast valet service are the stand outs. We travel to Pittsburgh a lot and this hotel is always my first choice."

"Great location, friendly staff and nice hotel. Only "issues" were valet parking was jammed but there may have been a lot happening that weekend and valets moved quickly, which was good. Hotel room was a bit musty but otherwise fine. Would stay again."

"Check-in was so easy, and the staff member made sure that I was able to get early check-in so that I could catch up on my rest after a long journey. Also while i was there, I struggled to get an Uber driver to actually pick me up, and was panicked. I went to the front desk and the person there called a cab for me, that arrived in time, and made sure I was safe at my destination before he drove on. I can't say enough about the supportive staff at this DoubleTree location. Thanks so much!"

"We only stayed one night but the staff was helpful in directing us toward dining options within walking distance. Parking was included so we didn’t have to get the car in and out. The room was clean and quiet and in a good location."
