"The hotel was nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The hotel staff in general were all so nice. We did not have breakfast there but did take advantage of the Lite Bites on multiple days. No complaints there. The pricing was reasonable considering it was a hotel store. Air conditioning kept the room cold. We had an issue with the door lock but they fixed it quickly. All in all we decided we would stay there again if in the area. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando. George at the front office was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, he truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay especially enjoyable from the moment I arrived. He really knows what “Customer Service” is All About. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to unwind. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, simple, but warm and satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay thanks to both the excellent service and the inviting atmosphere."

"We loved our stay. The property was just beautiful and watching the sunset from the porch is so memorable. Downtown is within walking distance with lots of fun shops and great food. The property grounds were well maintained, staff were very friendly and we would definitely stay again."

"The staff were great and super friendly. The pictures of this hotel were definitely either very old, or very deceiving. Everything was very old and very worn. In order to get the remote for the tv to work, they have a sensor plugged in to the top, which wasn’t all the way plugged in causing us to not be able to use the tv for the first day or two of our stay. Our phone room and hair dryer also did not work. There were burn marks (?) on the mirror and the water pressure was terrible. Overall kind of a scary location and in bad condition. "

"Amazing staff! Special shout out to the GM Michael, Jalicia, and Quiana. Helped us with whatever we needed. Great people! Nice walk to universal city walk. 18 mins. Much cheaper than staying on property. Worth it. Will stay again soon. 😀"
