I had to Change my first room because shower had mold non smoking room stench from cigarette smoke. The only good thing was the location. Over advertised. Nothing like they advertised. "

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"
