However, the bathroom sink was clogged throughout our stay, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good stay, but those issues kept it from being excellent."

"The motel is in disrepair with external stairs being uneven and having exposed nails and torn carpet. The inside of the room was dirty in the corners, there was hair in the sink, and the sink was clogged. The bedding and sheets seemed clean, however."

"We were so happy with this accommodation. The room was clean. The outside areas, pool, restaurant bar etc were all clean and well maintained. Location was great. Direct lakefront with a small beach. Beautiful views.walking distance to everything in the village. Check in staff was pleasant and helpful. Daily happy hour at the bar with reduced drink prices. Bar staff were friendly. Housekeeping provided daily room refresh. No complaints here!"

"I stayed for one night last minute. This is the cheapest accommodations in the area by far, but you definitely get what you pay for. Air conditioning wasn't the greatest, and the TV did not work. Bed sheets and towels were clean. It was a bit loud at night, there were some barking dogs and loud people in the halls. I stayed in a non smoking room but all my clothes picked up the odor in the room, which smelled like stale smoke. Overall it served my needs for a place to sleep."

"lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George."

"Everything was great! The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the shower water was a little too hot and could not be adjusted. "

"I spilled soda on the floor and the next day after the cleaning staff was there the floor was still sticky. Around the building, against the building weeds were a foot tall. Parts of the building are rotting or being eaten by insects. Each time we entered or left the building we had to pass through smoke from staff and others who were sitting there smoking and vaping. The so called “free breakfast” was almost non existent and what little was there was unpleasant."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Lodges at Cresthaven. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a nice kitchen, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to Lake George attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The Boathouse location right on the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious. We also loved...

"Such a cool retro style roadside motel."

"The remote control didn't work properly. The staff tried to fix it, but apparently it was beyond their capacity. The beds squeak terribly. Although there was only two floors, there wasn't an elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage and other things up stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in our mid 70's, this was very inconvenient. I can't recommend a stay at this hotel."

"This was a clean place and the staff was extremely helpful. I was unable to check in before check in time was closed and they accommodated me to allow my boyfriend to be the one to come check in instead of me."
