"My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's.
Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

"Only have 2 suggestions: the toilet paper does not match the quality of this hotel, in room dining ( breakfast) needs work. It should not state that in room dining starts at 6:30. They are never ready for delivery of breakfast at that hour. It is a negotiation as to when they will deliver it. And at that point, it is still late. Kind of a problem when you have to be somewhere early. "

"The airport shuttle is point less if you have a 6 am flight you will have to schedule a Lyft or Uber to the airport because the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 am. With boarding being 5:15 that doesn’t work well. Also everything lounge and breakfast area seem to be shut down bc they were waiting on licenses. That was definitely a bummer. The outside pool area was nice, the games they had available in the lobby was awesome as well. "

"Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. We got a suite because there were 4 adults and a toddler. We attempted to use the pullout bed but it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on as a couch. Plus, the windows were so thin we could hear all the cars racing up and down the street. No thank you. "

"The hotel was hot. Unbearably hot. Their AC wasn’t working or something. I had my room set to 60^F and I was still roasting. I even slept without covers!
I also requested 2 wake-up calls and only received one, which only gave us 7 mins to get downstairs for the airport shuttle.
Then, the airport shuttle was 10 mins late and after boarding and loading us all - made us wait 10 more mins! Which meant we got the family of four which caused us to be delayed another 10 mins!
I will not be staying...
