This hotel is perfection at an amazing price. My new go to when in town! I found this hotel last minute after having a TERRIBLE experience with Quality Inn & Suites Union City - Atlanta South (poorly kept/very unsanitary)

The room was an absolute mess, as soon as I sat on the bed 2 bugs came running out and we had another one under the tv stand, definitely don’t recommend, we didn’t stay we left and went and stayed up the road, staff is not very educated in hotel efficiency and policy. Will not stay at another one again!

The room was not as clean as it could be. I’ve seen far worse, but also far better. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it wasn’t bad. The location was good for accessing local trails, which we were interested in.

Hotel is accomidating. I asked for bottom floor for my mom because of her walker and needing assistance to walk and they delivered and communicated confirming my request. Room was exactly as pictured and clean. Staff was very responsive, we ran out of toilet paper, no sooner had I told the front desk clerk we were out of it he was saying he was already at the door with a new roll. Responsive, quick, and cheerful on the phone. Parking was ample, they are active on parking enforcement so make sure you don't reverse in your vehicle. A very large laundry room I was able to glance in while walking to a generous breakfast. You get what you paid for. Decent hotel with decent staff for a decent night sleep and decent location to everything. Will rebook in the future.

If you’re black and visiting Atlanta area do not stay at this location. Police will harass you at this location specifically. Parking, walking to your car, even just existing at this hotel is unsafe for people of color. Please be advised this is a very serious issue and the hotel is not taking any steps to alleviate the stress of this on guests. We had just arrived back from grabbing food at a local fast food place when we parked in the parking lot and a cop pulled in front of our car blocking us in saying that we had violated some city ordinance by backing into our parking spot/parking reverse. This turned into a demand for our ID’s and other information or they threatened us with being arrested. The police called several other officers in the area to assist with this and we were literally in pajamas just trying to leave the car and go inside. They said we needed a parking pass, the hotel doesn’t ever give parking passes. The hotel also said they haf never heard of this rule that you couldnt back into a space. The officers said that we were “loitering” and wrote us citations even though we voluntarily provided our room key upon contct to show we were guests of the hotel. In the parking lots other cars were parked in reverse and nothing was done. In the lot overall there was no signage, no notice from the hotel at check in about these ordinances and surely nothing they did to try and de escalate police harassing us while we were literally just trying to get inside.

Most things were good… Simple clean room close to the interstate. The two negatives were that the shower had a very low flow and barely hot water; There was not a good sound buffer between our room and the room immediately above us.

Great location, affordable, staff is friendly, loved the renovations and tons of unique light fixtures, huge TV, very nice bathroom with a walk in shower, clean towels and comfy bed. Elevator worked just fine. Thanks again for your service.. Highly recommend!

Broken elevator our room was in the third floor, made a reservation for 3 ppl, only 2 towels in bathroom, toilet used and not flushed when we walked in, beds had a sheet but no blankets on them… it’s winter! Breakfast was a joke… broken cereal dispenser, paper plates so cheap you could not separate them, 1 individual juice in fridge, 3 yogurts and an open gallon of milk… coffee tasted like it was a week old but then again I have never tried drinking something so old… so I could be wrong about that part… RIDICULOUS!

I stayed 25 days. There were not many guests staying there. Parking was safe. The room was clean. Staff was courteous. The breakfast was OK; the pancake maker did not fully cook the pancakes, left them slimy on the inside. The only complaint I would voice is that I had a couple of VISA gift cards I wanted to apply as a partial payment to my bill, but they would only accept my credit card.

To start off i arrived 2.5 hrs after check in fora 5 day stay. The room i was intended to go into wasnt clean and no ho use keeping servicesto do it., The elevator didn'tever work and i did not received a room checkbut one time in 5 days . The day i specifically asked for then i felt thequeen bed room there was only e /nough towels for 2 people and they were the little ones that required for each person. The hotel was very basic, not even drawers or a closet to put your clothes in, and the few coat hangers the room did have werent all there and couldn't hold much. there 5 days and received a room check up 1x and that was after i specifically asked for it to be cleaned

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems to be in an unsafe area of town, with signs in the parking lot saying they were not responsible for theft and a very unwelcoming check in window (not a desk in an open lobby). We complained 4 times (between 9 pm and 11 pm) about the people directly above us running, stomping, dragging furniture around and making an intolerable amount of noise until finally at almost 11 pm after we had gone to bed, and had to go to the front desk for a 4th time, they allowed us to move to another room. No hot water for a shower the next day. Uncomfortable bed. Hair on bedding and in shower. Nobody asked us at checkout how our stay was. Very unpleasant stay. I never complain but could not deal with the noise and staff who simply did nothing to remedy this until we were ready to pack up and leave in the middle of the night.
