"I think the location was great. The property was well maintained and felt welcoming, however the staff representative I had seemed to have some prejudice against me. I asked very politely if there would be any rooms available at a higher level with a nice view as I’ve never got to experience Atlanta, she put me on a low floor with a view of nothing but the backside of the building. Besides that interaction, everyone else seemed either helpful or just entirely pleasant. I’d love to return again just maybe avoid that representative next time."

"The elevator buttons were broken and would not go up to the 5th floor. I am disabled and could only take the stairs so had to wait until someone came to the 5th floor. Everything else was great!!"
