I spent 24hrs on a birthday trip. Everything was great! My shower water could’ve been a bit hotter but besides that the room was clean, the hotel smelled amazing. The staff was pleasant as well.

Overall I liked the hotel. Very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was waiting on the phone for over 10 mins to reach someone at the front desk. We asked for some towels and they said they’d send someone up within an hr. It ended up being 2hrs and I had to track down housekeeping for some. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but any other hotel I’ve stayed in, they’d come up within the next 20mins and hand you some.

If you don’t smoke, please avoid those smoking rooms. Overwhelming. Also we were there for a week and no one ever cleaned our room or stopped by. Front desk staff rock!! They are the best. Casino staff are friendly. Great food and options.

Everything was clean and accessible. Rooms are a little dated, but that's to be expected for the steal of a price we paid. Our room had an issue with its air conditioning, but when we called the Front Desk, they had a maintenance person within the hour available to take a look at it and fix it. It was successfully working after that. Room service was easy to access as well; just keep in mind dining in the casino is not cheap!

No hot water, poor HVAC, poor maintenance, inconsistent restaurant hours, and general lack of willingness to help or make it right means I will never stay here again. Even the maintenance tech who arrived after asking for two days to address the lack hot water stated “even the presidential suite doesn’t have hot water”. To top off an already frustrating stay at over $400 for a single night in a two bed room, the guests next door played loud music at all hours of the night and kept on even after being asked to stop. What’s appalling to me is the lack of service and accountability. While the room itself was decent, the rest of what ought to make this an enjoyable stay was just non-existent in my experience. The hotel restaurants did not honor hours posted online or even when stated in person. Both Gordon Ramsays pub and the pizza joint closed early without warning. Beyond this the parking situation was just odd. At checkout I was offered a basic food and dining gift card for the lack of hot running water and the compounding issues that just never were fully resolved. Let them sort it out with my credit card company for failure to deliver basic amenities.

Pros: The property was very conveniently located. Room was super affordable. The prices range every day but I only paid $136 for our night. The candy shop was surprisingly reasonably priced. Staff was exceptionally pleasant Huge and casino wasn’t stinky Cons: Our room was clean but the shower handle was broken and I couldn’t adjust the temperature of the shower. Shower was also a little mildewey. Certain elevators we needed weren’t working.
