"This is a great location. Easy to walk to beach or the Ave. It’s just a little lacking for a4 star rating. As a guest it’s hard to get dinner reservations. They almost tick all the boxes but fall a little short. Getting a seat at the pool is always a challenge. I like that there’s laundry but it’s work to get the change you need. Valet is very friendly. Front desk is just ok"

"The front desk service was exceptionally great. The property is kept updated. The beach access and amenities are a plus. Very quiet and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and return as much as we can during the year. Breakfast is good too."

"For some reason, this hotel has decided that they’re only going to clean rooms every two days. I only stayed for two nights, which meant that they did not clean my room during my stay. I understand if this is their policy, but once we made a request to have our room cleaned, the beds made, and new towels, they insisted that they couldn’t clean it because of their policy. For a hotel, I find that ridiculous."

"Breakfast was not the experience I was hoping for based on the reviews I read. Toaster needs to be replaced. Had to toast my bread 4 times to get it close to having a bit of a crunch. Stayed 4 days & only had their breakfast once. Staff were not kind. No “hello, good morning, good afternoon”. I asked one of the attendants if they were bringing out bacon. Her answer flat out “no”. Their pool grounds were so dismal. No plants, flowers, nice pottery. Overall they can do better. "
